Drawing Room

A spacious and light drawing room with seating for 12 and a large flatscreen digital TV with DVD player. Large windows on 3 elevations provide masses of natural light. Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access throughout the house.

Second Lounge/Den

Situated off the main hallway at the front of the house is this second lounge, with a sofa, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 2 games console with a wide selection of games, films and board games.

Kitchen

Large and well equipped luxury kitchen with granite work tops and stainless steel appliances. All the usual appliances; large American style fridge freezer, range style electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and food processor. Spacious and open plan to the large dining area, with a large oak dining suite seating up to 12. Large digital flat screen freeview TV. French windows lead out to a large, south-facing lawned garden. This large space is perfect for families and socialising with friends.With French windows on two elevations, this room is bright and opens out onto a large garden with a decked patio area, furnished with table and chairs.

Laundry/Boot Room

A very useful room easily accessible from the kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Ground Floor WC/Cloakroom

Situated off the laundry room is a useful cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.

Dining Area

Part of the very large, open plan kitchen/dining room, this spacious area has an extra large dining table which comfortably seats up to 12 (not all chairs are shown in the image below). With French windows on two elevations, this room is bright in the cooler months and comes into it's own in the warmer months, as it opens out onto a large garden with a decked patio area, furnished with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor, Kingsize with En-suite

A beautiful, spacious room at the front of the house with a kingsize sleigh bed with matching dresser and fitted wardrobes. A luxury mattress and premium quality bedlinen provide comfort and style. En-suite bathroom with a hydro massage shower. This en-suite is shared with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 - Ground Floor Superking/Twin with En-suite

An equally spacious room. Superking size bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. This bed can also be split into twin beds. Walk in dressing room leading to the shared en-suite bathroom.

A beautifully designed luxurious and spacious bathroom with a huge double-size bath, extra large shower cabinet and his and hers wash basins, completed in Travertine tiles.

First floor: Bedroom 3 - Super kingsize with En-suite

A spacious master bedroom. Super kingsize bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress.. The luxury bed and bed linen provide comfort and style. Walk in dressing room. En suite bathroom in Travertine with corner bath and separate shower cabinet.

Bedroom 4 - Superking with En-suite

A similarly spacious bedroom with a superking size bed. Luxury pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top layer. Top quality bed linen and Eqyptian Cotton towels. Walk in dressing room, en suite luxury bathroom in Travertine with whirlpool bath and 'mood' lighting.

Bedroom 5 - Superking/Twin

A good size bedroom which can be made up with a super king bed or twin beds. Wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom 6 -Twin room

A lovely bedroom with twin beds.

Outside

To the front of the house is a gravelled driveway suitable for up to 6 cars (additional cars may be parked on the roadside approx. 100yds from the house). To the sides and rear of the house is a lawned garden bordered by 6' fencing and hedging, which provides a good degree of privacy. The garden is currently lawned with a decked patio area with a table and chairs.  There is also a shed which can be used to store bikes (not lockable).
